Why we built Norwalk Dental Group

Most people's relationship with dental care is a patchwork — a family dentist for cleanings, a referral to an oral surgeon across town for anything more complicated, another specialist for orthodontics. Norwalk Dental Group exists because we didn't think it had to work that way.

Dr. David Lin and Dr. Sung Han partnered to build a multispecialty practice from the ground up — general and family dentistry, implants, and oral surgery, all under one roof, with orthodontics led by Dr. May Kim and cosmetic and restorative dentistry led by Dr. Victoria Nguyen. What brought the four of us together was mutual respect: in dentistry, you learn quickly who has genuinely dedicated their craft to their patients' well-being, and that's exactly the team we built.

That same standard is what drives everything here — a shared commitment to excellence that shows up in how carefully we plan every case, how much continuing education our doctors pursue year after year, and how seriously we take getting a diagnosis right the first time. Dedication to patients isn't a tagline for us; it's the reason this practice exists at all.

We're opening at 9A Washington St in the heart of SoNo, bringing that same level of care to a neighborhood that deserves it close to home. Most of what you'd need a referral for elsewhere, you can get done here, by a team that actually knows your history.

Every doctor on our team graduated at the top of their class — and kept going from there. From OKU honors to a Pankey Scholar track, from Harvard training to advanced residencies at Montefiore Medical Center, this is a team that never stopped chasing better. That pursuit doesn't end at graduation — it's an ongoing commitment we bring into every patient interaction, every day.
